Vale Wellness Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required on booking an appointment for a consultation, medical test, or treatment. This is to ensure that we can provide an efficient service and timely appointments by reducing occurrences when people either fail to attend their appointment or provide insufficient notice when they need to cancel.We accept card, BACS and cash payments for booking made in person or by telephone. If payment is not paid within the agreed timescale, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, but will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to avoid this potential scenario.Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours of the appointment time, will be refunded in full.If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a full refund. Any appointment cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge and we will aim to refund your 50% within five working days.
