Vale Wellness, founded by Dr. Anne Alison is a new, innovative healthcare practice located in the heart of Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan.

It’s our mission to provide a dedicated, all-encompassing healthcare experience to you and your loved ones. We establish a consistent and personalised approach to your care, guided by a holistic perspective on your health and well-being.

We have a multidisciplinary team including GPs, pharmacists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nurses, all under one roof for comprehensive care.

We prioritise convenience with flexible appointment times, extended consultations, and the option for emergency or same-day appointments.

Using our online portal, book a face-to-face, virtual or telephone appointment with a practicitioner of your choice at a time that’s convenient for you.

Inform

We’ll send a health questionnaire to save time on the day. Let us know a little bit about you, your health and the kind of support you’re looking for.

Consult

Our expert team will see you now. They will provide kind, empathetic and reassuring care, and offer both advice and answers.

Your health is our priority

At Vale Wellness, we’ve streamlined the process for digital prescriptions, ensuring a convenient and efficient healthcare experience. We maintain a trusted partnership with local Cowbridge Pharmacy on the Broadshoard and can provide physical or electronic prescriptions for your convenience.

Thanks to our partnership with Cloud Rx, your prescriptions can also be delivered directly to your preferred address, whether it’s your home or office, with the added benefit of next-day service.

Whatever your needs, we’ll make your experience with us smooth and supportive.
